I will be in Rome for vacation from June 2-16, so I will be making a day trip to Pompeii!!! I’ve been fascinated with Pompeii ever since 7th grade History class, now I finally get to see this place frozen in time by a tragic eruption! I even read Robert Harris’ novel “Pompeii”...picked it up last summer on vacation.
