I find it quite hard to stay clam when my parents are doing something that is obviously wrong, or yelling at each other. I have yet to find my own way to deal with them.
The hardest part about this goal is that they don’t listen to me. I don’t mean that they should obey, but they completely ignore that I even made a noise!
