i’ve been going to the gym pretty regularly but eating way too much, so ive gained weight but im stronger. stronger is good but up is definatly the wrong direction. Im going to try to restrict my eating to before seven maybe that’l help my tendency to snack.

okay, maintaining at 224 for a few weeks, i’ve been going to the gym and i’v been feeling okay. going down would be good though
well it wasnt as bad as i thought, i weighed in at 224. Maybe I just had alot of food in my gut that time when i weighed myself?
well i had gotten to 220 but then spring break came, i think i’ll weigh in at about 230. its a setback but im trying not to worry about it too much.
i’ve decided to try to reach 220 by march 20th by watching portion size and swimming again
