I guess my department lacks feeling of tension. Maybe the department is a kind of laboratory of a japanese traditional company. Most of them think we are safe when the business is bad, because the company will protect us.
That’s laugh! Thinking of the recent situation, it is too optimistic.
Basically, our goal is to create something new. However, why do they satisfy themselves with a goal given from the others?
I cannot understand at all.
Hmmm, recentry I feel stress a little because of my own business. Before complaining, I should do my own task.
I feel difficuly to teach something.
Maybe he think I am not gentle. So he avoids me a little. I do not mind it, because I think it is necessary in some cases, but now I think I do not need it I should be strict for him. He has not learned yet fundamental things in our business scene. At first I have to teach him how to speak. Is here a junior school?
Recently, I’m teaching young colleague as OJT.
First of all, I was so surprised hearing that he doesn’t have any opinion about his own carrier. “I do not know what I want to do.” he said.
If so, why did he come here? I just want to ask him, but didn’t.
I think this is because of japanese educating and hiring system. Most of them has no opinion and will, and just there. But they are rather proud because they think they belong to a huge company.
Ha ha, it is not valuable at all.

Even if he is opinion-less, I will make him improved during this activity!
I saw such situation lots of times. Good and skillful person left because of disappointment of the company, good but weak person left because of illness of mind.
But people without opinion and skill just stay there. I do not understand what they want and what their vision is.
I don’t understand why few people don’t want to do that.
Maybe they are already bound with something such as pride, self-esteem. But I think it is ridiculous. Because they have not done anything worthy to be admired.
I don’t want to become like them.
