I have been in the position where I teach youngsters.

To be honest, I am not good at teaching so well. I prefer to do all the things by myself. But of course, I know that is wrong. I should transfer all my knowledge to him, and I go forward more and more. I think that is one nature of business that I belong to.

to create something for people using IT. That’s all. That is why I concentrate to the job. So, I can not understand a person who is chatting anytime and do not make any result.

When I talk with such people, they often complain about the company. Maybe they think the company is an existence that gives them a salary not a place where they show their performance.

I do not mind how comfortable the company is. Because the circumstance can be improved by myself showing my performance.
