with jes, for household & jes & revphil:
  • salad w/feta, apples and raisins (phil biked to the coop with his crutches to get ingredients, ouro made the dressing)
  • potato soup with dill, chives, celery and collards
  • croutoned slices of bread


ok, the new idea is 3 years ago

i figure out what i have to use, come up with hypothetical meals for the week, and y’all get to pick a meal and a day to come cook with me.

so potential meals:
  • green potato soup (dill+, chives, potato, onion)/salad
  • garlic roasted carrots/couscous with currants
  • steamed pattypan squash+/lentils with fennel, celery, beet
  • broccoli+ w/garlic sauce over udon
  • herb confetti potato salad (parsley, basil, oregano, radiccio)
