it was 259 when i was tested last month. i’ve drastically reduced the fatty foods i eat (it’s been weeks since i’ve had fries or bacon!), and i’ve tried to start eating more fiber/starchy foods. switched to whole wheat bread and low cholesterol butter, and there’s no chocolate in the house. i’m not sure how long i should wait to get retested…
