That was incredibly hard work. We are now surrounded by more boxes of stuff than I could have imagined without seeing them. Nothing says “Declutter! NOW!!!” louder than moving house.

I am going to try and sell this house without paying an estate agent – at least not more than a couple of hundred pounds. They still represent incredibly bad value for money, in my opinion.
