Weight Watcher's again 8 months ago

I started the online WW for men again. I’m feeling pretty good. I actually stayed on my points today and wasn’t starving.



Almost there 8 months ago

I’ve lost 25 lbs doing Weight Watchers and that has been great. The last ten lbs are the hardest though and I can’t seem to get them lost.

I know what to do but I’m getting complacent and letting myself slip. I’m up to 213 right now and I want to get to 190. Cutting out fast food will help and I need to get more sleep.

A lack of sleep is directly related to weight gain I read on WW website. If you’re sruggling with losing weight WW has worked great for me. I’d recommend it to anybody.
