Spring and Fall are my favorite times for running outdoors, summer is ok but winter…oh winter! Cold, slush, snow and ice – not a great mix. Is there a strategy to enjoy running in this? Not that treadmills aren’t an option but that would involve a gym membership – and I much prefer an outdoors run with my dog happily trotting along beside me.
