For a few weeks, I had this real estate plan, wherein I’d buy a building that I could rent out for more than the monthly mortgage payment. Ha! No one is selling buildings that are basically cash machines like that. Also, if you lose your renter, you have to foot the mortgage yourself, and I found that I can handle the payment for very few commercial buildings. Well, at least I found out.
