Now I’m living in Mexico, and I’ve seen the Gulf of Mexico (this counts as part of the ocean!), and before I leave here I’m going to see the Pacific!

Now I’m living in Mexico, and I’ve seen the Gulf of Mexico (this counts as part of the ocean!), and before I leave here I’m going to see the Pacific!
Seeing an ocean is such a romanticized thing. If you ever see this type of experience on TV or in the movies it’s always such a big deal. People on the coasts probably think nothing of it, but I live in the midwest (next to the world’s second largest lake, but that’s not the same) but I haven’t seen any ocean. Someday I will. Someday soon :)
