take cold showers

the only benefit was that i took shorter showers.

i tried this last year and it was working out for a while while i was in California but i tried to do it when i was in NY and ended up getting really sick. Mustve been the colder weather or something.. after i took an NY cold shower my head started to hurt a lot and then i had a fever the next day. i was really sick for like a couple weeks after that.. maybe it had nothing to do with the shower. idk. but i didnt take another after that.
