ive so far lost 9. its not quite 15 but dieting has had more positive effects than weight loss.
1. makes it harder to sleep in
2. dont break out as much
3. spend less cash on food
4. feel more alert
i feel hungry all the time though even though im eating regularly (full sausage/egg/toast breakfast) tacos/ bratwurst here and there, lots of potato chips… slim fast if i have no time… its good discipline i suppose.
