I time a day I do them. I tried at 5 O’clock before dinner, but that doesn’t work. In the evening maybe? I am a morning person, so in the morning would be better, but I don’t have so much time in the morning I think.
I should do this regularly, because of a genetic back-deficiency I have. I do not do this often, sadly, because, well, I do not have pain in my back (yet), and hate doing them, because, well, they do hurt. :)
