list things that make me happy, or things I'm proud of, or positive things about myself, or stuff like that

even though i really couldn’t afford it, i sent my best friend a lovely gift from his wedding registry today. i couldn’t attend the wedding (it was in india) so i thought it was the least i could do to show my support. i miss him. i love his bride and i love them even more together. so i splurged.

something worth reporting. :)
i went to a get-together a week or so ago and everyone was smoking weed and i declined. this is totally amazing and the first real test for me. and i passed! yay me.

my “supervisor” gushed about me today. although it was embarassing, it made me feel kinda good.

i cleaned out the refrigerator today, and right before the electric arm came by and swooped up the trash (i.e. no rotting food in the trash can all week, awaiting next tuesday’s trash pickiup).

i know, i know, pure genius. ;)
