I’ve often seen that the most efficient people have clear in mind all that they have to accomplish during the day and they actually do it , whatever the circumstances. Also efficient people take immediate action, sometimes it’s useful to think twice before acting, but often it just slows you down and makes you postpone things.
I tend to think about everything over and over again instead of just acting, I waist time repeating in my mind past situations instead of focalizing my attention on the future…but the most absurd thing is that I tend to give priority to everything that is not urgent and then I inevitably find myself at the very last minute with the most urgent things still to do…
