I woke up in the middle of the night on Sunday with a horrible, searing pain in my left shoulder. After some aspirin and determining it probably wasn’t a heart attack (no squeezing pain, or chest pressure, and my heart was beating steadily), I was able to fall back asleep with my arm and shoulder well supported. At work, the twinges I keep getting remind me to sit up, put my feet flat on the floor and to keep my forearms supported as I work at the computer.
The panicky thought of it being a heart attack has me seriously focusing on my Walk More and Lose Weight goals, let me tell you!
