I hardly ever have the energy to complete any of my goals because I am too tired. So, I feel like instead of putting a bandaid on the disease (by consuming lots of caffeine), I need to cure it instead. From now on I am going to get into bed by 11 p.m. (on school nights). With the goal being I need to give myself an hour before falling asleep and ultimately achieving eight happy hours of rest. We shall see …
