19/7 I missed my session yesterday. I was recovering from shock. Let me try again today.
19/7 I meditated for 10 minutes. My mind wanders too readily; I have not disciplined it for some time.
22/7 I have had 15 minutes daily of anapana meditation since 19/7. I hope to include it into my workday – it has a marvellously calming effect. One instructor asked the class, “Is it possible for people to make you angry?”; the class chorused, “Yes.”. He subsequently pointed out that anger was a choice, a reaction. It’s all about mindfulness.
