I’ve been a vegetarian for five or six years now and a competitive (three season) swimmer for four or five; initially, when I stopped eating meat and began swimming, I lost an awful lot of weight. But, now that it’s been so many years, I’ve built up a good stock of veggie friendly, not necessarily healthy, snack foods and I’ve lost a lot of my love for swimming and drive to exercise….hence, my weight gain.
Now, I’m not hoping for a drastic weight change, I just want to look and feel a little bit better than I do right now, so if anyone has any suggestions, I’m open for them.
