but my mother wont let me. which i hate. because yes im under 18 and she is my legal guardian along with my dad but she has 3 tattoos !! my dad has maybe four.. ! so why cant i get one? i jus want my name on my wrist..
how much would that hurt? with it being it on my wrist?
