My doctor called me at my work phone to let me know that everything seems to fine other than my cholestrol and higher than average risk of Heart Attack.
My HDL (good cholestrol) is low 34 (40+ is desired the more the better) and my LDL (bad cholestrol) is quite high 218 (< 180 is desired the lower the better).
The doctor is sending me a brochure with recommendation on dietary changes if the diet didn’t work in 3 months I might have to take cholestrol lowering pills (not great, may have side effects).
Each fish (Salmon+) is good, exercise increases HDL, proper diet lowers LDL
