I havent exercised in aaaages! and really the only things I enjoy doing are skating and rock climning, other than that….let me put it this way. I F*CKIN HATE SWEATIN!!!
I need to stop being afraid of sweat and embrace showers if i want to get healthy and in shape.
Really. I find little things here and there on my body all the time. Like a fat lump that wasnt there the day before. whats up with that?
I can commit to going out for a walk/run probably twice this week.
I’m gonna see if my friend will let me borrow her dog because mine will not get off the couch for nothin other than food.
