My posture isn’t too terrible, I suppose. But I have been noticing that it’s nowhere near what it was, and I’m starting to feel it: aches and pains that suddenly go away when I sit up straight.
So simple, you’d think I’d remember to do it more often.
The trouble is, slouching is a completely unconscious habit. It’s not something I notice until I’ve been doing it for a while. I have a feeling that it’s going to be a difficult change to make.
