I am (finally) having a meditation circle…
Friday 21 September is the International Day of Peace recognized by the United Nations. The day is also known as Peace One Day and their official website is PeaceOneDay.org
I’m holding the space for several Meditation for Peace Circle and everybody is invited. The locations will definitely be on South Beach, I was thinking somewhere in the shade on Lincoln Rd, also in Flamingo Park and maybe Lummus Park. Alongside the Atlantic Ocean may be too hot or too sunny, but I’m open to that, as well.
If you have a specific time and/or place you’d like to suggest to me… I’m all ears.
Peace & One Love,
Risto =)

I’m waiting until the weather/humidity cools down just a bit, but this still is HIGH on my list.
I’ve actaully determined several outdoor locations for the meditation group, so it’ll be mobile, but all in the same general neighborhood.
I have a list of friends who are interested in attending my meditation group. I just need to choose a day/time next week and tell them, and others.
It’ll be a guided meditation for beginners, because most people I encounter just want to learn how to meditate, and not from a book.
I already have several ideas planned, and I know once I start I’ll continue it as a weekly thing. My biggest challenge is finding a location. I’d prefer it to be indoors right now, because the Miami temps and humidity are still high. And the rainy season adds another factor of potential instability.
But I’m going to do this!!!
