i keep getting stressed all the time, and i never get anything done! one would think being so stressed would make me get off my butt and actually do the things i need to get done, only that doesn’t happen! i just stress and stress and stress and by the end of the day i have done NOTHING but reduce myself into a bundle of nerves! at night while trying to fall asleep i tell myself “tomorrow will be different” only it never is…! i have tonnes of studying to do, assignments, i want to work out, i want to do something fun during weekends (like maybe explore the city…i’ve moved to another city for uni). only i never do anything. i just keep worrying. i’m wasting my life this way! ugh!!
