own a house

He backed out at the last minute, and I was devastated. I don’t know what’s going to happen with us, but I put an offer by myself on a different house today. Fiancee and I are on a break but if we work things out he is welcome to come live with me afterward.

I really want this house I put a bid on! It’s selling for 115K and I am offering the full amount but am asking for a 5,000 credit at closing.

I figure, worst case scenario, I will have to buy:

Washer
Dryer
Stove/oven
Refrigerator
Dishwasher
Toilet (If it’s nasty I will have to buy a new one

I don’t mind doing it, because eco-friendly stuff is important to me. Everything will have to be energy efficient, even the toilet.

I may have to put some money into start-up costs for a garden. Also things like a low-flow shower head, etc.
