Yep, tonight I am burning 400 calories. I will mix it up a little between 2 machines. I have gone so long (13 days) w/o exercising and I am so upset about it. AAAHHH!

I’m doing soo bad with this goal. I probably just don’t want it that bad. When I do cardio, I use the elliptical or stairmaster. I also do incline walking. I just recently started to hate running. I am looking into kickboxing.
the other day I ran 2.2 miles in 26 minutes. I did a lot of walking during the time for my warmup and cooldown. I did 20 minutes of hard running. I am doing really really well with the running!
Overall I am only running about 5-8 miles per week. I intend to increase the milage gradually.
I don’t know how long I can run without stopping. I am testing it tomorrow. I think I can go up to 3 miles in 33 minutes. That’s my guess. I will update on this one.
I am about halfway toward my goal. I run about 7.5 miles per week. I seem to get so tired after only 2.5 miles. If I can hit the 3 mile mark I will be happy!
