trying to buy-to-let 3 years ago

it’s the only way to get on the property ladder here if one isn’t rollin’ in the green stuff (or poundage, or whatever). I have enough savings to put a downpayment on a one bedroom place that I can let out, but the problem is making sure that it values at the right rental price… tricky… tricky…

so… right now I’ve got a savings account. That’s sort of passive income.

What I really want to is own property across Europe and rent it out when I don’t want it.

I don’t think I could do stocks or anything. I would be too upset if I lost money.
