actually get through 'The Waves' by Virginia Woolf

Okay, so I did end up buying a copy that interested me… but… it’s on my bookshelf. Glaring at me.

Well, I seem to have lost my copy and I did look at it in the bookstore today…

I know it’s silly too, but the only reason I didn’t buy another copy was because I didn’t like the format of the book they were selling. It was this ghastly paperback beast of a book with an ugly cover.
I judge a book by its cover(though admittedly, I do want to read this book anyway, and I shouldn’t for this because I have tried before to read it) and I blame it thoroughly on being a graphic designer and hating ugly packaging/book covers.
I really do buy a book by judging its cover, and I really do buy food from the store because it looks prettier than the one sitting next to it on the shelf.

Be that as it may! I will find a copy of this book and get on reading.

I must admit; I have tried to read this book about 10 times. I do think myself a great reader and I comprehend most everything.(I am willing to boast that.)
But this book…. this book leaves me feeling as if I cannot manage to spell my own name.

I will not accept defeat.
Must read this book.
