we got a pontoon style boat for the river, this means we can take a float trip and stay 2 nights out on the Colorado River!

saw a beautiful jazz concert last night with a quartet and a vocalist. Scat, I have never heard it in person before, what a voice. I sat by the pianist to watch his hands!
new things

I want to do new things I have never done this year. Oil painting qualifies, I have wanted to try it for a long time. I will be making a quilt out of my grandmother’s handkerchiefs. There are some places I would like to go in Colorado. Strawberry Hot Springs.
