This is honestly the worst habit I have.

I really dislike waking up only to realize I’ve slept the entire morning away. It’s a bit depressing. I’m much more of a morning person, but have fallen into a long phase in which I go to bed at ungodly hours (3AM, 4AM..) Going to bed late—no matter how many hours I sleep, has it so that I feel like I’ve only gotten 4 hours rest.

I love waking up in the early morning, when every thing seems quieter… hearing the birds. Things need to change, and has to change with me. Goal right starting tomorrow is to get into bed with a book at 10:00pm, tops. :)
