i am positively acting upon this!woo woo!number 1 on my list has reduced dramatically and as long as i keep busy and optimistic i don’t see why it should have a reason to return. nevertheless now its wholemeal sarnies fruit veg water beans pulses and speed walking (building up to the running :D)

put on weight as a result of struggling to overcome number 1. ironically i’m otherwise a pretty healthy eater so as long as i can keep this routine going and up the exercise, it should drop off. *fingers crossed.
