I can’t believe I actually attained this. I never never ever really thought it was possible. It’s almost funny how much I didn’t really believe I could until I did! I am so happy! Hurray! I want to keep going!

It went down, then up, now back to 6.5! I am so happy! Hurray! I want to get down to the weight I was this time last year and then I will buy myself my favorite necklace from Tiffany’s in the mall! Yes, walk in the store and make my purchase! I am so psyched!

I want to think I can do this on my own, but today I had to be honest and admit I cannot.



Nightmares 6 months ago

I woke up crying about my weight after a nightmare last night. It was horrible. I woke up and thought if someone had told me I would lose friends and family and maybe even my life from this it’s not worth it.

I will weigh myself today, but it’s really going to be a struggle.



I am sitting outside on the most beautiful day of the year 8 months ago

and it seems much easier to get exercise and see the immediate benefits when eating a sweet potato and enjoying the great outdoors. I hope to spend the summer at the beach and eating healthy things but I imagine that once the real heat kicks in I will wish to do nothing but watch tv and eat chocolate in the air conditioning. Hmm…



I did some googling 9 months ago

and I learned that losing weight could help me solve a bunch of health issues. I want to make this goal but it really is hard to make a conscious effort and not feel like I’m helpless.

I have not taken my health seriously in weeks. My mental health has taken priority, but neither is still in my control.



I haven't weighed in in weeks... 10 months ago

and I know I’ve gained a lot. I keep binging. It really feels like the only thing that helps, which is bad, because it’s just not true!

I did notice that ever though it has been a long time since I worked out I have more muscle strength in my legs and better breath capacity. I need to use it before I lose it and START losing the weight!

Spring is around the corner!
