Take a romantic, spur of the moment vacation overseas for a few days

I’m going on a cruise to the Bahamas for 4 days. The downside is that I have to work, but hopefully not so much that I won’t be able to enjoy the trip. I’ve never been on a cruise before, and in truth I don’t think I’d ever go unless I was being paid for it, but it should be interesting at least. It’ll be nice to get away from the cold and dreary grey skies everyday here . . .

Last minute, discounted flights to Costa Rica; pack light, wake up in the sunshine and rainforest with parrots and monkeys before you know it . . . no tv, laptops or phones for 3 solid days . . . come back with a tan and a smile and the need to sleep for a few days . . .
