make sure your ear is lined up with a point on your shoulder, the highest point of your hip, and the front of your ankle.
pretend the soles of your feet are glued to the ground. without moving the angle of your chin, allow the crown of your head to move upward, lengthening your neck and spine. make sure your knees are loose, not locked. balanced on the middle of your feet.
leave yourself sticky notes reminders in places your eyes fall often (e.g. on a mirror, or by a computer or telephone)
