Back on track 20 months ago

Well, I decided that there’s no time like the present to get started so last I went running. I hadnt been out in about two weeks, so I had lost some stamina, but it was still good. It felt great to get out there and work up a sweat. Now I just have to keep it up.

I was doing this for awhile, but I’ve gotten lazy. I have already lost 85 lbs, with 30 more to go to hit my goal. I just have to stay motivated. Plus, even if I dont lose more, I dont want to gain back what I’ve already lost!
