I guess the patern midnight – 6 am is ok with me in the spring/summer time plus power nap when it’s possible. It is much more important for me to get up at the same hour than keep to the precise time of going to bed. The more regular rhytm, the more energetic I feel during the day. I’ll keep this goal on my to do list as I want to see if I’ll manage to maintain the habit in April.
