Its been almost a week since I have ridden, but its because my glasses are being repaired and I am blind without them. (And therefore not comfortable biking.)
But they should be ready for pick up today, so I can get back on the bike!

In the last few days, I have biked a lot. Six miles, four miles, and four miles yesterday. My legs are killing me. And I know that its (probably) best to just keep pushing myself, but I think I am going to bus the three miles to and from work today.
Six miles yesterday, four today, because I was running late and opted to take the bus two miles to save time. My endurance is definitely going up.
With this new job, I will be riding my bike six miles daily to get there and back again- five days a week. Great success!
I’ve been doing really well with this one, riding it nearly every day and certainly not missing the every other day goal. They are mostly quick rides- to the corner store and back again for my mother- but I had forgotten how much work it is to ride a bike, especially with my being so out of shape.
I rode out for errands yesterday, but skipped today because I wasn’t feeling well. Tomorrow, however, it seems that I have to ride something like 5 miles to do something for my mom, so that should help with the get-back-in-shape thing, eh?
