There go the four people I saw/talked to the most. Sucks. But I need to cut those ties for real.

Deleted a dozen more contacts from my phone book. Good. This came about by thinking “who could I call if I REALLY had a problem?” and coming up with no names. Sucks that best friend is gone, but I guess I’ll have to deal with it.
Next up: culling facebook again. Yay fun. Or not.
EDIT: And, 14 people gone from facebook. Actually, that was kind of fun.
I’ve decided to make it a habit to only grocery shop using reusable bags. It was a fad here for a while, but I rarely see people do it anymore, which makes me sad. I probably have at least 10 or so bags, because they’re quite handy for camping trips and for those “extras” you need to bring along places, but I didn’t usually use them at the grocery store. Typically when asked, I will request paper bags because I reuse them for my paper recycling. The last two shopping trips I’ve brought my own bags, though, and it makes me feel good. (And a little elitist, not going to lie.) So this will definitely continue!
And it’ll simplify me by bringing home less waste in the form of paper and plastic bags, of course! :)
Just deleted 20 contacts from my cell phone.
And 6 more from Facebook.
And I shredded a whole lot of old bank statements and bills.
Nice. :)
With the year coming to an end, I would like to sit down and simplify some things. Namely, deleting at least 20 people from facebook (because really, do I CARE what the guy I sat behind in freshman geometry is up to these days?), deleting contacts from my phone (am I ever going to call my ex fiance’s mother? I think not.), and deleting saved text messages (I’m pretty sure my phone would run faster if I didn’t have 7,000 messages. Not even kidding. Wish I was.)
I had about 6 copypaper boxes of books in my closet, and I went through and got rid of about 3 boxes. Yay! I figure that while I love books and I love to read, I have WAY too many books that I’m never going to read – simply because I have WAY too many books that I WANT to read. Anyway, feels good to simplify.
