I’m on spring break, and I’m watching TV more with the extra free time. Every other day, I’ve tried to do some crunches during commercials. I probably do 30 or so each time. Now I need to continue doing crunches without the TV watching when school starts.

I did some crunchs while watching some TV today. I just did a few until I got tired, rested for a minute, and them did some more.
Saw a woman’s super flat stomach in a magazine today…very inspiring.
First round of crunches in few weeks. I was rusty as I expected, but not too bad. Did about 20 slow crunches, in phases.
Another motivation: I think my boyfriend likes my stomach flat. It was pretty flat the last time I saw him in December, but I’m sure he’d like it even better if it was tighter. I want it to be better toned myself, which is my primary motivation, but it doesn’t hurt that he likes it, too.
They aren’t too bad but I’d like the ‘six-pack’ to be better defined, and my lower abdominals to not be so ‘poochy’.
