I used to play this as a kid 5 months ago

Not really sure why it dropped off. I also have to say, I’m not totally sure I really understand the game of chess. I know the rules, and I could probably randomly play a game (badly, I’m sure), but I’m not sure I understand the concept of looking at the chess board and planning ahead. That part intrigues me.
