every three months I do good for 3 maybe 4 weeks, then I start fading off into bad foods. So this past week I’ve started over and see how long it lasts this time.

I like to think that I’ve been doing better on this. I have not been eating as many burgers lately and trying to eat at home more. Lunch is the hard thing, because the two guys I work with ALWAYS want to eat out and together. Cutting sodas and drinking nothing but water has been helping though. I need someone to just follow me and kick my ass when I want to eat something bad.
