I’ve been doing really well on this. Until this week. A massive craving hit me yesterday and, well, yeah, it didn’t go well.
I’ve rediscovered what motivated me to do this in the first place though- my stomach does not seem to like meat much.
Goal for this week is to set up a new veggie meal plan and go from there.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for many, many years. For one reason or other (“too hard” being my biggest excuse), I’ve not managed it for long.
This is another goal I’m needing to work towards slowly. My all or nothing mentality won’t help me much here, because I think that’s why I keep going back to my bacon eating ways. Slow and steady wins the race, I think.
