Nothing more needs to be said other than that is the longest I have gone in probably 3 years.
Yesterday, Sunday, I went for a walk in the morning. It was cold and gray but dry and crisp outside. I remember thinking to myself how GOOD i felt physically. Going on close to 2 months of being completely clean and sober, I could tell a noticeable difference of how I felt overall. Sunday mornings typically I would not feel so good, so there was a stark difference this morning. I remember times on Sunday mornings when I would still be up at this time. What a wonderful change. And in addition to this, I dont have any thought or feelings that I am missing anything. That was then, but things change. I am glad for that!
