It’s 00:36, and my alarm is set 07:30 to get up ready for school.
The problem is that if anything throws my sleep pattern (like a night being sick, which must be almost a month ago now), I find it really hard to get to bed early afterwards. My brain just starts working overtime after 11 p.m.
A week of midnight bedtimes, if I can manage it, sounds like it might put me back on track. I’ll give it a try.
