This was really good, but different than I have had it at Korean restaurants. I ran across a Korean BBQ marinade spice packet and used that for the meat. Then after a little reading online, decided to eat the meat wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves with steamed rice, shredded carrot, cucumber slices and this dipping sauce http://bbq.about.com/od/miscellaneousrecipes/r/bl20209c.htm. Try it!!!

It is hard to find seasoning mixes here in Manila, so I have found that you can find many of the recipes for them online. I wanted to make one of my favorite recipes, Cajun Chicken Pasta, but had no cajun seasoning. This was a pretty good mix, but it needed more kick. Maybe another teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Cajun Seasoning
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
