ok im going to baby step this 14 months ago

due to manic stuff going on in my life this week my aim is every other day….

so last sunday – big run = yay
tuesday (tonight) – afro ragga = lots of ass shaking yay
thursday – another run
sat/sun – run

now hows about some crunches… to the floor immediately :)

is what ive been managing so far. two dance classes and a run.. although my job involves a lot of walking around (those metro steps alone must be worth alot of calories!) so im not exactly sedentary.

went for a brilliant run today.. new route along the canal and killer playlist meant that I ran 5km NO PROBLEM! the only thing is i have to go on metro to get there, so that takes motivation.. but i am feeling buzzed after it :)

now to get motivated after a long day at work to do it!

just did 90 hardcore minutes of raggajam.. i am in all sorts of pain! But it was briliant fun… am hoping the pain will go away soon though!

90 minute Dancehall class… where I shook what my mamma gave me for the whole time! Loved it and could barely breathe the whole time.. WOOO

2 hour killer dance class. Everything hurts right now.. even my eyes!!

If that isn’t cross training I dont know what is! Now I know how dancers have such great bodies.. we did like a million crunches.. i am going to DIE tomorrow!

3km run along the Seine. First time back running in a long time.. I know its only very short, but hopefully will build it up gradually
