I’m a really sloooow runnner. I actually want to run a mile at a 7 minute pace but think I need to work on this goal more gradually….
Actually, I also want to run a LOT faster than my husband. I used to be faster and stronger than him – when I was really fit and he was out of shape. This is a bit petty, but I am human and full of ego.
